These Terms of Service govern your use of this independent travel-guide website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Independent informational service. Flintrokrift provides general travel and destination information only. The site is not an official government resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the National Park Service, any tribal government, or any other public authority.

Accuracy and disclosures. Content is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. You should verify hours, access rules, permits, safety conditions, cultural protocols, closures, fees, and location details with the relevant official or local source before travel. To help avoid deceptive presentation, material disclosures should be read together with the related content. Acceptable use. You may not use the site to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with site operations, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at harmful volume, transmit malicious code, or post unlawful, abusive, or misleading material.

Intellectual property. Site text, design, graphics, and original compilation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial use only unless we give written permission otherwise.

No professional, legal, cultural, or safety advice. Content does not replace official guidance, legal advice, emergency instructions, or consultation with tribal, land-management, or cultural authorities.
